NORTON PARK is a park of privately owned chalets situated one & a half miles from the centre of Dartmouth.  It is a well maintained with site amenities including clubhouse, entertainment suite, restaurant, heated pool, shop, launderette and children's play areas. 

The chalets are leasehold with 60/70 years remaining and have mains electricity, water and drainage and are generally sold fully furnished.

Each has reserved parking for one car with additional parking available in the overflow car park.  The two bedroom chalets are equipped for 6 persons and the one bedroom for 4 people.
